How long does shipping take? When will my order ship out?

All orders have a processing time of 2 – 5 business days. On average, delivery takes 7 to 15 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays) by Registered Airmail from China to overseas destinations. Please read the full shipping details here.

How much is shipping?

We offer Worldwide FREE shipping.

Do you ship to [my country]?

How do I track my order?

After we sent out your parcels, you will receive a completed email from us with a tracking number, please check your email.

Why is my tracking information unavailable?

Tracking information will be uploaded within 2 business days of your order being shipped (meaning sent out to the post office). Please note that the courier, China EMS, requires 24 hours after the parcel is shipped before tracking details are available online.

What is your return policy?

Returns are accepted for unworn, unwashed, unused merchandise with all original tags, sales receipt and packaging intact.

You may request for an exchange, refund (12% restocking fee applies) or store credit.

CNBikinis must be contacted within 30 days of posted delivery date documented on the online postal service or courier tracking systems. Return shipping reimbursement is currently unavailable. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number (RA#) before mailing merchandise back to CNBikinis. Please inspect your package once you receive it. In the rare case there is a damaged item, missing item or an incorrect item in your package we require that you contact us within 48 hours after receiving your package. If no attempt to contact us via email is made regarding the damaged / missing items within 48 hours, all items are deemed correct and received. If we happen to have sent you the wrong size, color or model, we will happily correct our mistake. You will have to take a picture of the mistake for proof, and some cases will require you mailing the parcel back to us. A replacement or store credit will be sent. Please immediately try on the main portion of your garment upon receipt.Eligible return merchandise must be packaged in original, undamaged, intact packaging. You must return the entire parcel. The customer is responsible for the shipping fees back to CNBikinis. Please ship whatever shipping method you prefer. CNBikinis strongly recommends adding delivery confirmation and/or signature confirmation to all return packages as CNBikinis is not responsible for any packages lost in the mail. It is the customer’s responsibility to research any lost package shipped back to CNBikinis that may have been lost in the mail stream. Upon receiving your returned parcel, the refund/store credit will be issued within 10 business days. For exchanges, the customer will be invoiced for regular shipping fees and any other price differential incurred. Exchanged items will be despatched 10 business days of receiving payment. Store credit must be used at the time of purchase and may not be applied towards an existing/previous order.

Can I cancel my order?

Please contact us within 5 hours of placing your order if you would like to cancel it. 12% administration fees will be imposed. This does not apply to items which we find to be out of stock after your payment, in which case CNBikinis will contact you for either an alternative item or refund of that item.

Is my payment information safe?

You can be assured that shopping with CNBikinis is safe. We’re a Paypal-verified merchant. Security is very important to us at CNBikinis and our site contains its own encryption software to ensure critically sensitive information, such as your name, address and your credit/debit card details are always safe.
